Janaien was friendly and knowledgeable over the phone when I had questions about their grooming services. The groomer we met in-store was highly professional and patient with understanding where we wanted both dogs trimmed and groomed. We are very pleased with how the dogs came back, thank you to your team! I'm a first time customer, but will definitely be back.
Horrible. Dont bother making a reservation because they dont keep a log or write down what you ask them to do for your dog. I walked in and wasnt even greeted. I told them I had an appointment. They asked me what I was there for and had no idea what I was talking about even though I had a reservation. Theres also young children working inside. Entire family is rude. I told them nevermind and walked out and gave my money to another businesd that did a better job for less money and less hassle. Never again.

Magic Pet is a life saver for my family. Our Golden is a senior dog and grooming is definitely a challenge, however Magic Pet makes it a perfect experience for Miss Chloe and for us. Their staff is very friendly, supportive and understanding. We just love taking our pets there whether is for daycare or boarding or grooming. Nestled in the beautiful Baldwin Park is the ultimate comfort place for our pets!
