I’ve visited this salon twice and unfortunately had similar experiences both times. On my most recent visit, my cuticles were handled a bit too roughly, leaving them sore with some skin damage. There was also leftover product around my nails, and while the tech tried to remove it, it ended up catching my skin. At one point, another staff member stood nearby while they talked and laughed while looking at my nails, which felt unprofessional and uncomfortable. I went for my nails appointment. I got dip powder ones and they usually take 1.5 hours to do but the employee was rushing it so much. She didn’t clean my cuticles properly and didn’t give time for the dip powder to settle. Amy was rude too and was forcing to get other services done as well even when i didn’t want to. Highly not recommended

we Booked appointment for 7 kids. Few Kids are really disappointed with their nails and even the employees were very rude with kids especially Amy, I don’t recommend her. they were talking in their language saying something to the kids few kids complaining to me after their nails done..i saw the shape are not good some of them french tips are uneven and the colors on the french tips are not filled in correctly.
