Today I had my gel polish removed which Ivy If that was her real name used a sander on my nails and soak with nail polish removed when it was time to polish she never aloud me to wash my hands she proceeded to polish my nails i was amazed that she polished my nails without washing them each finger still had the residue from the polish remover And there was pieces of skin sticking up from around my cuticlesI will never go back to this salon again. Amy, is the best person I’ve found to do my nails I won’t let anyone else but her do mine she’s professional, pleasant and funny, she never disappoints my nails always look perfect, highly recommend Amy.

I’ve visited this salon twice and unfortunately had similar experiences both times. On my most recent visit, my cuticles were handled a bit too roughly, leaving them sore with some skin damage. There was also leftover product around my nails, and while the tech tried to remove it, it ended up catching my skin. At one point, another staff member stood nearby while they talked and laughed while looking at my nails, which felt unprofessional and uncomfortable.
