I had scheduled an appointment over a week in advance for a mani and pedi as I have a trip planned. I got a call 20 mins before my appointment that they have no hot water, which I understand things happen. They told me I can still come in and get a pedicure with cold water….who wants to do that! So I asked if they can accommodate me on Monday or Tuesday as I work and they could not.
