I went to try Magic Nails. I waited what I thought was an unusual amount of time. Could it be that I’m of the male gender? I felt that way. I waited Finally I was requesting a manicure. The technician did not greet me , look at me nir talk with me I felt unwelcomed. The price I was given was above any nail shop that I was visiting. My cuticles were sore and red. I do not recommend this nail salon. It’s expensive and my treatment was unfriendly plus I left with sore fingers. No goodbye either . Thank you

While the establishment was clean and the staff was friendly, the pedicure I received yesterday was not done well at all. I chose the number two option that came with callous removal and I still have rough spots. I went with a friend and she chose the same package and her nail technician spent a lot more time and put more effort into her pedicure than my nail technician did with mine. Worst experience ever! Left in the pedicure chair to soak for almost an hour when a nail tech finally started, then stopped. Waited a long time and another nail tech continued my pedicure, then stopped. Waited a while again and a third tech stepped in. All of this was almost two hours of stopping and starting. I also had an appointment for a manicure and when another tech finally came over, I politely declined because I had already been there for a few hours getting a very odd pedicure. I recently visited Magic Nails for a manicure, pedicure but unfortunately, my experience was a letdown. While the salon itself was clean the service was lacking. The biggest issue was the wait time. I arrived promptly for my appointment, but ended up waiting longer for my technician to become available than the actual manicure took. This was frustrating and felt like a waste of my time. Got my nails done by Wendy and I’m soooo obsessed! She really paid attention to detail and made sure the shape and design came out perfect!! The polish is so pretty, the design is super neat, and she added just the right sparkle to make them stand out without being too much. Jenny did my pedicure and it was honestly the best French tip ever on my toes! This is definitely my new favorite nail spot, I’ll be back! 🫶🏻💅🏻✨
