This nail salon was an experience. I made an appointment online requesting a Gel-X set with Wendy as she seemed to be recommended from reviews. The appointment started about 20 minutes late, but I expected as much as Wendy was finishing up another client. When she did start on my nails she tried to confirm that I wanted an acrylic set, but I said that I wanted a Gel-X set in almond shape. I went in for a pedicure and leg waxing. The pedicure was fine, but the waxing experience was terrible. Wax became stuck to my leg, along with the waxing strip and even the disposable table paper. Instead of removing it properly, the staff repeatedly and aggressively rubbed my skin, which only made it more irritated. Despite all of that, there was still wax and hair left on my legs, and I had to go home and remove the remaining wax and hair myself. I had a great experience at this nail salon! Tom took very good care of me and made sure I was comfortable the entire time. What really stood out was how he handled a concern I had he fixed it immediately without hesitation, which I really appreciated. That kind of attentive service goes a long way. He was also very friendly and welcoming, which made the visit even better. I’ll definitely be coming back! Thank you Tom
