If you like having no say in your nails & being guilted into tipping extra, this salon is for you! Firstly, they took me in as a walk-in without being transparent about how they had other guests with appointments that they needed to prioritize. My nails came out nice the treatment was awful. I had an extremely negative experience at this salon due to the nail technician’s rude, aggressive, and unprofessional behavior. I requested a full acrylic set. This was not a fill. From the start, she was rough while handling my hands, squeezing my fingers with unnecessary force. I requested long stiletto/almond nails with a cat-eye French tip. I would not recommend this business. The owners were rude/aggressive , and despite having an appointment, I waited more than 20 minutes to be seen. The environment did not appear clean, and the products used did not seem sanitary. Overall, the customer service and quality of care were disappointing. I suggest taking your business elsewhere.
If you’re looking to spend $200 to get yelled at, boy do I have the salon for you! I went in excited to try the viral jelly nails for the first time. I told them I’d never gotten the service before and asked for help figuring out what I needed. Instead of explaining anything, the tech just pointed at her own nails repeating “cat eye, cat eye,” like that was supposed to mean something to a first-timer.
