I had acrylic nails done here, and now two of my natural nails are lifting and infected. I went back to the salon to let them know, and instead of taking accountability or even showing concern, they denied responsibility and tried to blame me—saying it was from lifting weights (which is completely unrelated to nail infection or detachment). William did an amazing job at doing my acrylic nails. The shape was precise and he took his time and was very detailed. I am so satisfied with my nails and I love the hot pink color I chose. William is very talented and he was so friendly and conversational. I also got a pedicure and my nails look beautiful. The massage was very much needed.
