I went to the salon along with all of my daughters for years, actually since it opened. If I’m running a couple minutes late, I try to call. In May, I got stuck on the phone with work and forgot to call was only five minutes late and they told me I lost my spot and I was gonna have to wait. Needless to say, they have me waiting all the time, but if they have to wait five minutes for a person they freak out. This was my first visit. I texted them the night before and they called me the next morning to schedule my services. The salon was very clean. The front desk staff was very welcoming. Both the no-chip pedicure and nails/dip were done very well. I appreciated that the technicians did not converse with one another while performing the services. I would definitely return.
