Did have my nails yesterday evening and today it is already chipping off. Very disappointed with service. They lady was sleeping and had to tell her multiple times what to do. Zero customer servcie
Customer service sucks. The fist time I went in the person that did my nails was pleasant , I guess that’s because I went in during the day, but it seems like they don’t really cater to people that work due to their hours. I went there for a second time and the person that spoke to me was absolutely rude. Seemed like I interrupted her and she said they’re busy to come back. They did a great job! Nails are not thick at all despite some of the other reviews this was acrylic fill almond shaping was so nice -!: the French tip was done with precision , everything was neat and tidy , chairs new and comfy , 40$ for a fill which was great ! They stayed open late for us ! Will be returning
They were so busy despite me having an appointment almost like they didnt have time for me. Then talked me out of my design to simplify the appointment. Definitely left not loving my nails and they were kinda sloppy because they rushed.
Less then a week and the polish is already off 3 toe nails and others are chipping. So disappointed in the quality and service. Took my 2 two daughters to celebrate the beginning of summer and now we will be going somewhere else to have pedicures done properly. DO NOT GO HERE, SAVE YOUR MONEY!
