She tried to get over on people and the service is veryyy slow
Very bad staff. The Chinese lady had a very bad attitude. I walked in, and asked if their nails lasts? And she said to get off her chair, and leave if i dont like it. No clients at all when i got there, she was just there biting her nails. Disgusting
Yen is VERY Rude and nasty and would never start your appointment on time. If your are late she gets very angry. She isn't nice and all. They will tell you one price then charge something elas
Just wanted a quick manicure for an event I had. Not even 24 hours and 7/10 nails chipped. I called the next day- she said she could fix it for me within the next hour but unfortunately I had an event to attend. No refund or credit was offered.
