I consistently have great experiences here. Everyone in the shop is friendly and professional. Kiya always exceeds my expectations with my nail request, and she is efficient. Every time I get my nails done, I receive tons of compliments!
Saw this place on TikTok and Instagram. I was hopeful. I only walked in and asked a question. Not so good attitudes from the nail techs upon asking a question. Good customer service is hard to come by.

Did a walk in today for two French tip combos, and left very very satisfied. My daughter and I were greeted upon arrival, sat fairly quickly and services began. The young lady doing my daughter nails made sure to check in with me regarding length, designs etc for my daughter. That was GREATLY appreciated. We were offered water, checked on consistently and there were no surprise charges at the register! Will def be back!!
I try to support our people at least once to see if I want to come back because I have had terrible experiences. I'm big on vibes and energy. the person that ended up doing my feet is why I just stated in my first sentence what I said. I originally did not want her because of the energy I got. I don't feel like she put the right type of love and energy into her work she as she was very nonchalant.
