For years we have used Magic Nails and loved that they treated each person as a friend. Well I learned today it is NOT true! My daughter’s wedding day nail treatment was supposed to be special and they encouraged me to bring her. I told them she lives in Hattiesburg and would be late. Daisy said it would be ok and come anyway. I hate to be the one to leave a negative review. I have loved this nail salon for six years. They have always been so great but the week before my wedding I drove four hours to an appointment that was verified four times to be OK for 6:30 in the afternoon. Even though it was verified four times they closed anyways and were very rude over the phone. Do they do great work? Absolutely, that’s why I drove four hours to go.
