I and my two daughters have been clients for years. We've had great services mostly. But recently I had gone in and waited for nearly 2 hours. Not only did they ask me to remove nails myself, they also put another customer in front of me. I was done. I quietly stood up to leave and the nail tech responded "5 more minutes, ma'am". I said, "I'm good". I will not return!
