I had a very poor experience at this salon. As other reviewers have mentioned, the space is visibly unclean. The technician stations are dirty and covered in polish, and poor ventilation left the room smelling overwhelmingly of chemicals. Do not come here if you have allergies or are sensitive to fumes. Absolutely terrible!!!! I've tried going back multiple times making an appointment with hannah and EVERY SINGLE TIME I go in i never get hannah for the appointment its always the other younger girl that dont know how to shape any shape extremely rushed, files till there's no nail bed left basically, dont know how to paint or do designs atp idk why shes a nail tec there!!! It wont let me add pictures but I asked for square and I basically have duck shape nails🙄

Process was very rushed, nails were drastically over clipped and filed on the sides leading to a strange inconsistent shape, not what I was going for at all. 3 days later I said well I’m going to go get these painted over or shaped so I don’t have to look at them anymore. So I went in and explained to the tech I was just there Sunday for a full set and wasn’t happy with them, but can’t pull off fresh acrylics (it’d hurt) and showed her a pic of a color and shape. Only been twice but I won’t go again. I’ve walked out of there twice with my cuticles bleeding when I get a manicure and the nail polish doesn’t even cover the nail. It’s a sloppy paint job and my nails weren’t even shaped well. The gel polish didn’t even last 1 week, it was peeling/crumbling and pulling on my natural nails until I took it off. I was embarrassed of these nails. The only positive is that they were quick about getting my sister and I in.
