Bad customer service my nail tech only talked to me when she wasn’t sure how to do a nail design and had airpods in. left with three nails that i wasn’t happy with. the first one i wanted to be in a different spot in my nail to make it look like a french tip. i ended up asking her about it to late because she didn’t check to make sure i liked it before the put it in to dry. so when i asked she shook her head and said no to fixing it. i would appreciate it if they would have checked to make sure i liked it. then another two n... read more
They charge $3 on top of service price if you pay by card. My toe nail is chipped after 1 day. They did not even apply base coat and the nail tech’s painting job was awful
Had so many problems coming here. I showed the manicurist a video of cateye using a specific technique that I wanted on my nails and asked if she could do it and she said yes. Then she proceeded to not do it and my nails look absolutely nothing like the inspiration photo I shared. They look pretty much black. Why would you say yes if you couldn’t do something?? I would’ve done simpler nail art. Also told me I’d get a discount for being a student and then never applied it…
I am so picky when it comes to getting my nails done but Lee always does a good job! I would definitely recommend!
They are always very quick and do a great job. I’ve never had a nail break or dealt with any chipping between fills. It’s also a great value compared to other places nearby and the staff is always helpful and kind.
