Disappointed with Appointment Handling I scheduled an appointment and arrived on time, expecting to be seen at my booked time. Unfortunately, the salon did not honor the appointment and I was left waiting well 25 minutes past my appointment I understand delays can happen, but respecting appointment times—or at least communicating promptly when there’s an issue—is basic courtesy and professionalism.
