I called to ask if the shop was open, since many have closed or changed their hours due to the pandemic, and the first time I called, a woman hung on on me. I called a second time, thinking it was a bad connection and after trying to speak, the woman angrily said, “Quit calling!” before hanging up on me again. If that’s their customer service, no thank you.
The lady is very nice she let my duather try many elsa custume she love her Halloween costume definitely will come back
