I seriously can't recommend Magic Mountain highly enough. Jose has been coming here for years, always going above and beyond, and this time he had Felix with him. Not only did they do a fabulous job of cleaning both the chimneys AND the fireplaces (other companies no longer vacuum them), but Jose gave me an estimate on a mortar repair with crown that was literally more than $3,000 less than that other company. I will never go to another chimney company again.
I had the absolute best service by Mike of Magic Mountain Chimney Sweeps. I have a gas fireplace which had a problem with the fan. Mike was exceptionally professional, personable, efficient and knowledgeable. Not only did he quickly fix the problem, but he also did a magnificent job cleaning and checking every part. Highly recommend Magic Mountain Chimney Sweeps for your dryer vent cleaning needs! Andrew and his team showed up on time and were responsive and friendly to my questions. They even helped me install an external cover for my dryer vent to ensure birds didn’t take up residence! Overall, extremely satisfied with their service. Thank you again!
Straight shooting company! Upfront and honest, the tech that came to the house that we bought this past April to clean and service the pellet stove made sure he explained everything completely to ensure I understood what he was saying. They did not try to fluff up the price with services I did not need. I will be using their services in the future. Very polite and professional.
