We had an appointment and no one showed or called and I’m still trying to get a hold of someone that can give me any kind of answer 3 hours after our appointment time. The number goes to an answering service and they keep giving “Melissa” my messages to call me and still no call. Scary part is that they took my credit card number before the appointment. Scheduled my whole day around a 10am appointment that was verbally and systematically confirmed - won’t make that mistake twice.
I am soooo impressed with this service. I stayed with my friend in Chicago for a few nights and we had a pretty crazy house party in her brand new apartment. Things were a disaster to say the least! The lady is amazing and so sweet! She did a fabulous job making the apartment look brand new again.

Got excellent service from them, They arrived on time, were very professional and nice, and made my apartment look very clean! I asked them to pay specific attention to the bathroom tiles and bathtub - they made them look spotless! If you need a deep clean on something specific like the inside of your stove or your refrigerator, deep clean/wash blinds etc they will do it for a very reasonable price
The process to book a cleaning was very efficient and easy, and the staff was very friendly! They got started right away, and quickly transformed my very lived-in place to a clean, sparkly apartment that's honestly cleaner than when I moved in. Great experience from start to finish. The job was fantastic, definitely professionals who know what they're doing! I'd definitely recommend them.
I just moved out of my 2 bedroom flat after 3 years so it needed a deep cleaning. Everything I asked for them to do clean oven, counter tops, refrigerator, blinds, dusting, mopping floors, etc. And was done to perfection. I am very happy with them. They work with my schedule and get the job done.
