I moved to Sioux Falls 4 1/2 years ago from Belle Fource and moved from my hairdresser of 15 years. I tried several different salons in Sioux Falls but did not find one that I liked. I traveled back to Belle Fourche for visits but made sure to schedule a hair appointment too!. I decided to try Michelle at Magic Mirror. I have finally found my new hairdresser. :) She knows hair! Mine is unruly and she knew she needed to dry and straighten it before she cut it. Thank you Michelle.

The worst service I have ever seen in my life done by Michelle. Very rude and doesn't even consider the customers opinions. I highly do NOT recommend her!!
How can you run a business where you treat your paying customers like trash? Must make you feel real good about yourself AMY making someone cry while you chew them out for missing an appointment. My mother has been coming to you for years. You should be ashamed of yourself. Completely unprofessional!

I'm sorry that you feel this way. I think you were miss informed on the situation. Amy does not do your mothers hair. Your mother has repeatedly no-showed for her appointments ,colors haircuts ect., She has not showed and not called to cancel. We cannot afford to mark time off and have people repeatedly not show. Our time is money. If you have any concerns please give us a call. I would be more than happy to talk to you.
I have been going to the Magic Mirror since I moved to Sioux Falls a few years ago. I have always been more than satisfied with the services I got whether it was a cut, color, wax, etc. At times, I have not been great about calling way ahead but they always can accommodate my crazy schedule. The salon is always clean and tidy and the girls there are always welcoming. Wait time is almost non-existant! And the coffee is GREAT!!
Staff behaviour is really rude they don't know how 2 talk with the customers , they use stupid language in salon so u don't feel comfortable there

Great service, great price! I tried the magic mirror because a lady in my office always had such cute hair styles/cuts. I had Suzie cut my hair once and I won't go any where else. Every time I've had my hair cut or colored I get so many complements and they don't charge an arm and a leg. I highly recommend the Magic Mirror!
