Made me pay for expensive parts and put in cheap parts. False advertising and sold us a tower we can’t clean. They actually outsourced parts from Russia that are crap. I compared the list of parts I paid for to what’s in the computer. Every time I tried to bring up with company they would deny and refuse to fix.

I've bought several computers from Magic Micro before, and have always been pleased. They allow for all kinds of options in selecting your computer and designing it to fit your needs, not the needs of the accountants at Dell. I was contacted promptly with the confirmation, and also a follow-up suggesting that in my combination I probably would want more fans in the case. The computer arrived non functional. The video card won't connect to the display, the power won't stay on the case looks like it suffered multiple impacts. Not happy.

I couldn't ask for a better machine for the price spent. I mean, this thing is absolutely great. I've recently ordered a new rig, and the only complaint was due to circumstances outside of Magic Micro hands (shipping took longer due to the pandemic) I honestly don't know if I could have got a better pc for the money custom-built, stress tested, While waiting for my computer to be built, they kept me updated on my order and where they were at throughout the whole process.

My son purchased 2 computers spending $11k for both that were not shipped in the 2 days as advertised on their website. When he recieved them 7 days later both came damaged. One of the graphic cards did not work and both of the tops of the computers were broken. He was still willing to work with them and asked for a shipping label to return the graphics card. On 6-18-2019 I placed an order with Magic Micro for a bare bones computer with the value of $896.00. After I ordered I found that the mother board that had been ordered had a very bad reputation for lasting so I contacted Elena and asked if the mother board could be changed, she said it could be. They sold me a new barebone PC in Nov 21, 2018 on ebay. The system has 1 year warranty from their website, the power supply failed in April 2019, they never reply to my message on ebay for warranty issue, it's been over a month and counting.

Knowledgeable sales service prior to purchasing. Two purchases and both went perfectly. Will definitely do business with again.
