Terrible Customer Service – Bought a mattress there 3 weeks ago for my two year old son and he has woken up with a back and neck ache every day since, despite trying three different pillows. He's only two so I'm sure he didn't come up with this on his own. I asked the manager, Steve, if we could exchange up and pay more for another mattress but was met with an immediate "no" and told that they didn't have a "comfort exchange" policy.
