Chris was very rude and disrespectful. He was talking on the phone for 15 min while I was standing in front of him and waiting for him to finish wrapping up my bracelet to place in somewhere for cleaning. He never apologized even though I complaint. I wanted speak to the owner or store manager to make complaint but they said they don’t have managers. I love this places vibes sooo much!! I love getting aura readings there, it’s always really accurate and insightful. The crystals are beautiful and they have many different options, ranging from colors, size, to styles as well. I love how there’s a wide price range so there’s something perfect for everyone. You can definitely get items for a good price if you’re looking in the right areas or give the workers your budget. The staff are all very attentive and helpful. I will definitely be coming back again!
