I took my watch in for a simple battery replacement. When I returned for my watched, I'm told a loose piece was on the face (and, of course, they claim it was already broken when they got it). No, it wasn't, but whatever .. why didn't they just take the loose piece out? Now it's not working again (the hands are stuck). It wasn't an expensive watch, but really? A waste of time and money. Disappointed.

I went in wanting to reset my engagement ring as the center diamond fell out. We have the certification and everything that it is a real diamond, and they were more concerned on whether it was a diamond or not. I had previously gone to Kay’s and Zales and they were more concerned if they could fix it and add prongs to my ring.
