Good customer service- But the price is a little high for a watchband replacement.
About 9 years ago I went into this store to buy jewelry. I picked out 2 gold necklaces. The older Indian showed my another gold necklace and I bought it. Recently I had all my jewelry tested. Out of everything I bought that day guess which one was gold plated and NOT solid gold? Of course it was the one the man showed me. I paid $800+ for a PLATED NECKLACE. BEWARE!!!
