I was deeply disappointed to see Oshun represented the way she was in your goddess tea collection. Oshun is a Black African deity of the Yoruba tradition. Her Blackness is not incidental, optional, or open to interpretation. It is part of who she is and where she comes from. Very beautiful and relaxing place! With great selection of tea! If you want to relax in on Ojai, in already relaxed place, then this is perfect spot for you! Here you feel family atmosphere, and the owner is very nice and gives you personal attention!
Exceptionally poor customer service. The Butter Puerh tea is artificially flavored, and tastes terrible. I reached out to see what they could do for me, but the agent had no interest in trying to help. I have asked them twice to delete my account and have been ignored. Their prices are too high to justify this level of indifference. I understand now why her previous company went out of business.
