I haven't had the pleasure of visiting the physical store, but my experience with online ordering has been phenomenal! Their customer service is top notch, very friendly and professional and they have helped me resolve a few issues that exceeded my expectations. I just received a shipment containing the 7 "days of the week" bath salts and a couple jars of tea, and the packaging is so beautiful. The smells...O.M.G.! I can't wait to try everything, and when I run out, I already know I'll be ordering more!
I've enjoyed almost all of the teas I've tried from when this was Zhena's Gypsy Tea to now as Magic Hour. I'm so excited that they moved locations and have so much more space now for afternoon tea and hanging out. I'm looking forward to trying the afternoon tea! The shop still has a lot of interesting and pricey items if you're interested in the stuff other than tea. It also is still very beautiful inside.
I have now replaced all teas offered in my Massage and Skin Care Clinic with Magic Hour teas. I am totally addicted to the Bohemian Breakfast Tea to start my day with no more afternoon crashes! I travel with it in my suit case anywhere I go. This is high quality product without question. The Queen of the Tropics Tea is a client favorite in the high heat summer of Florida. Can't say enough!
