I went there 8/28/20. The girl said “walk back” and I said OK. Nearly snapped my neck and stepped on bone not muscle. I have had many walk on my back and never had a more awkward effort. She then sat on the dresser and was pushing on my shoulders with her feet. Again, awkward, like she had no training. She then put icy hot or something on my neck. We used to go there frequently. Although the massages are really good, you will not feel respected. We’ve had appointments twice that were not honored when we arrived. We walked in at the appointed time and were told “No no we’re busy. Come back!” This has happened twice within two weeks. Rude and inconsiderate.
Great pedicure, massage snd manicure services! Most beautiful relaxation room with a whole wall waterfall. You have to see it to believe it.
I was there today. It was the second time they have told me they could take me and then left me lying on the table for an excessive amount of time. Only this time, my therapist literally stopped the massage 5x - yes five - to have conversations, deal with other customers - who knows. One time she had a full at least 2 -3 minute conversation very loudly with one of the other therapist with my door open - and but for a thin sheet of draping I am completely exposed. RecommendedMy husband and I just finished a couples massage with CeCe and Lena. They were SO knowledgeable. I really felt like I was in the hands of an expert and can’t wait to go back! My husband and I both highly recommend!
My husband and I had a massage here today. The massage was great, but the only suggestion I would have is to be VERY clear about what you want before going into the room. There is a bit of language barrier, and it is not easy to communicate. We had a misunderstanding because we asked for a regular massage and afterward they said the cost was for deep tissue massage. But, it was a good massage!

This may have been the best massage I have ever had. The massuese really worked hard on the spots I directed her to, and used hard, deep, pressure, which is what I wanted. I would highly recommend this place. The lady that massaged me was “Yan”.
