The worst experience I’ve had was with this salon. I first sent them a picture of my hair and the exact color I wanted, and their colorist assured me she could achieve it. Unfortunately, I trusted them and handed over my natural, untreated hair. They completely destroyed it. They burned my scalp so badly that it was bleeding, yet they kept insisting it was “normal”!
