We've called on Ben's expertise several times in the last few months and he has been amazing. Several months ago we had a full garage door motor replacement. Ben and his team were not only prompt, courteous and quick, they were affordable as well. Most recently, when we had an unfortunate garage accident, Ben was out at our home within two hours to help repair the damage and get us back on track (literally). We'll definitely call on Ben and his team anytime we have a need.

My garage door would not close all the way on a Sunday. Called Genesis and Zack came out within an hour. He figured out that my sensors had gotten wet from recent rains and were not working properly. Zack replaced the sensors and charged a fair price. He was friendly, knowledgeable and speedy. Glad to have found this company!

We own a meditaranian villa in west hills. We finished with a ptoject of new addtion to the house which required new garage to be built and nee garage doors. We hired Zack ( he came highly recommended) to install 3 garage doors (front yard ones) , we are very pleased of his unique work and high standards of finish. I was glad to have found this company on yelp--my car was stuck in the garage because the door just stopped working and I called them on a Saturday hoping they could come out quickly. The person I talked to on the phone was very friendly and helpful, and had one of his guys, Benjamin, come out within 2 hours of the weekend morning call. I would definitely recommend Garage Door Doctor. Cody was able to explain the issue with our door and explained our options. Very affordable, and kept their appointment time as promised. Houston Garage Doors Repair is the only garage door company I will use and recommend to all my friends!!! The technician came out in a timely manner. He explained that in order to have my garage door repaired safely and properly I would need to have a new Garage door opener and new Garage door springs. He went over all the fees to complete the work and I was so happy with the cost, he started right away. My Garage door has never been better. Thank you.

Had a 'broken' garage door issue. Called Houston Garage Doors Repair and they came out Saturday morning and fixed the door within 10 minutes! I spent hundreds less than I was afraid I would have to. Great job!
