My service guy was very nice, but for a 3-5min job . My magic garage service guy , charge me $80 for the job.
Ben, the repairman, came soon after my call. He got my door unlatched and open. Then, right on time for the appointment, he arrived, got right to work, and finished quickly. He explained everything well, demonstrated the features, and was very kind and personable. I recommend this company.
I don't know what the problem was but the person who came out for our service call said he needed to order a part. Almost two weeks later, we still hadn't heard anything. I called wayne dalton doors and they said they had those parts in stock...which is only a 30 minute drive from Ashland. Long story short....I called someone who actually sounded like they wanted the work and had my part in stock. Will not recommend this company to anyone.
Ben took his time and got the job done right without overcharging or upselling. Very professional. They were able to schedule me promptly and it was an easy process. Highly recommend. Will be calling again.
