We spent a few thousand dollars to have a brand new garage door installed. It had some issues opening and closing not long after. The door jammed itself somehow and twisted and bent the panels. Magic sent out a tech to diagnose. The tech took pictures and we never heard from them again. The door opens and closes now, it looks like crap and you can see light thought the panels. It's really nice to spend a few thousand dollars just to be ghosted when failure happened on their part. Way to go Magic Door!
They fixed my other door 2 years ago. They just came Friday and replaced the spring that busted. In and out within 35 minutes. I will always keep them on speed dial. They’re cheap, fast and very friendly. They know exactly what they’re doing. Thank you guys. You are the best!!!
Had a spring break on my garage door and called for repair. Scheduled me with in 24 hours. Technician showed up on time calling me with an eta. Explained the value of a 25,000 cycle spring. He did the repair and was gone in less than an hour. The price was very fair. The service coordinator was great communicating and technician did the work very timely. Highly recommend !

I had a problem with the garage door not lifting. Another company tried to sell me another opener and new silicone rollers for a very high pricce. I said I wanted a second opinion. Your technician, Bill, assessed the situation and made a few pressure adjustments on the opener and everything worked well in less than 10 minutes. It’s a pleasure to work with honest people.
