I had a problem with the garage door not lifting. Another company tried to sell me another opener and new silicone rollers for a very high pricce. I said I wanted a second opinion. Your technician, Bill, assessed the situation and made a few pressure adjustments on the opener and everything worked well in less than 10 minutes. It’s a pleasure to work with honest people.
I just want to give a shout out to this company for handling my mother's garage door issue so quickly. I had to leave a message on Monday but they were closed because of the storm. They showed up bright and early Tuesday morning and fixed the problem as part of the warranty from the installation. My mom is 78 and felt much better having it fixed. Thank you everyone for your prompt attention to her situation!!

Ok, so Magic Garage Door installed a new opener for me in 2022. I called them to service my unit because I had shorts in the wiring to both my sensors and the wall mount. They replaced ALL my wiring to the unit. It works like new now! Thank you so much Jamie! Outstanding service and highly recommended!!!
