Great, friendly, service with knowledgeable staff
Nice place, excellent staff
over 400 different products with 0 customer service, weird energy and bad specials mega condescending to call customers “buddy” and “pal” - recent similar reviews tell the same story no shot owners dont read these and know about it, they reply to a fair amount of reviews it’s weird to have security sell bud spent a decent bit of loot there, live local and won’t be back for a while
This is the worst place to shop—everything is very expensive. The person at the entrance who attends to customers was rude and clearly didn't want to be there. As a customer, I have every right to complain if a product I bought doesn't work and I want to exchange it, but this rude guy kept inserting himself into my conversation and a phone call I was on, snapping back at me as if he owned the place. He was being racist and told me he’d throw my product out into the street and ordered me to leave.
