I spoke with the owner for the initial problem we had. He was very knowledgeable, pleasant and accommodating. He sent his exterminators immediately and they were very professional, honest, and willing to go above and beyond to assist us with the situation. I highly recommend Magic Exterminating.
I've been dealing with Magic Exterminator since 6/7/18. When speaking with Ray I found him pleasant and knowledgeable. However I recently had to bad experiences with the company. The first was with Matt. I attempted to tell him that prior to May 23rd I didn't have any critters. He rolled his eyes and his demeanor was that of someone who felt I was lying.
