called to make an appt and the customer service rep ****** was so sweet and helpful and loved that she referred to me on the phone as her friend showed she genially cared and got us booked on sat for an appt Mon morning would have liked a same day or next day appt however it was the weekend so I do understand the short delay. so far wonderful team they have .

Gabe came today to replace a toilet for us. He was timely, professional, knowledgeable, easy to work with and went above and beyond! He gave us information as he worked and made sure we were happy with what he was doing. He even took the time to check out a blinking light on the exhaust fan in that bathroom. It had a faulty light bulb so he installed a new one we had, saving us a service call. We are very happy with ****'s work and Magic's service! Thank you
