Very professional, kids seen in a timely manner
Pleasant staff from check-in to check out. The wait time is short and the office is clean.
We had a great experience at Magic dental pediatric office! The staff is incredibly kind and welcoming, and they create such a warm atmosphere. They were very patient with my 2-year-old son, making sure he felt comfortable and never stressed or scared during his visit. I highly recommend this office to other parents. It has become our go-to dental care provider for both of my sons, and we're very happy with the care they receive.
Do NOT let ur child back w them! O they’ll take ur insurance and give ur kid NAS- NITROUS OXIDE to bill insurance.. LOOK at their policy to give NAS!! NO SEPARATE CHECK BOX! You sign so they can drug ur kid. I asked Sammy L. b/c she wouldn’t let me stay with my 2.5yr old — she said HIPPA - completely false. So I asked to speak w the dentist and she said, “You can only talk to the owner and he’s only in on Fridays and probably won’t want to call you back.” I never got a call back. I do not recommend this dentist at all. My kids had been going to this dentist since they were small but today was the final straw. First, they have a specific dental assistant that is so rude and mean to my kids. She even yelled at me at one point for absolutely no reason. I know for a fact she acts like this because she knows she will not get fired. Now, last week my son went in for a filling they said he needed.
