My youngest has autism and has been going to this dental office. When I first established him I was told they served and worked with autistic children. Specifically only the Palm Bay office. I was made aware of today that they do not allow at all parents to go back once kids are 3. Even if he were to have a behavioral issue, or even try to run how am I to trust they can handle him if they won’t even consider allowing me back, or even providing me assurance that they can properly handle him. We had an appointment with Dr. Assaf at Magic Dental Care in Palm Bay, Florida. Dr. Assaf was very kind, professional, and patient with my kids. I would especially like to appreciate Samira, the manager. She was incredibly kind, friendly, welcoming, and helpful from the moment we arrived. She made us feel comfortable and cared for, and she was so patient and understanding with my kids.
