Took half an hour for a single latte
Absolute pitiful customer service. I walked in no type of greeting from the associate I stared at him and he was staring at me, not a hello , what I can I get for you or anything, I proceeded to ask the associate If he was going to ask me or greet me, his response “No I’m waiting on you “ . RUDE , then I proceeded to ask about a drink and confirmed it was dairy free, associate proceeds to say “that’s what it says” , I let the associate know his attitude was unnecessary.
