One of my top 5 boba places in the Dallas metroplex. Server Elizabeth was great ! Everytime I come here I feel welcome by staff and the environment.
My kids loved the Magic Cup smoothies, but they no longer like the Magic Cup. Today, we bought 2 avocado smoothies with Boba. They don't taste avocado smoothies because there are more milk and ices. Another reason is over charged. The cashier didn't display the prices and didn't provide me with a receipt. When I got home, and checked my credit card. The Magic Cup had charged me $ 21.99 for both avocado smoothies (only one size). I called back, and asked the cashier how much for one avocado smoothie with boba, he said " $7. 9... read more
Customer service is poor, Employees playing on there phones. Didn't bother to tell me my drink was ready while I was waiting. Came up to the counter after 8 mins, and had to ask them while they were laughing on there phones if that was my order. Absolutely poor management. Was recommended to this place, definitely NOT coming back...
