Magic Cleaning just left our place and my husband and I couldn't be happier with the result. Magic Cleaning crew is a first class professional and did an amazing job. They were very prompt at the estimate apt. and they called when running a bit behind because of traffic. Magic Cleaning ended up doing our tile as well and it turned out better then we thought it could. Our place looks 20 years younger.
Dennis was friendly and timely, completing the job more quickly than I expected and with better results. There were a few small lightly discolored spots that remained after cleaning (my carpet is at the end of it's natural life), but before he left he happily pointed them out and explained why those spots wouldn't come out. I like it when a technician knows his craft and good customer service. It was a pleasure to meet someone who really enjoys their work.
We had other vendors attempt to clean our carpets over the past several years but have been disappointed with the results, and the stains always resurfaced. We had Magic Cleaning come in to clean our carpets at the last minute before moving in. They were very flexible in squeezing us in, and they did an excellent job. The customer service was top notch! I would definitely use Magic Cleaning again, and highly recommend their service.
Excellent! Fast service and our carpets look immaculately white now! They smelled good afterwards as well, unlike with other cleaners who use harsh chemicals.
The guys at Magic Cleaning did a fantastic job of cleaning the carpets at my old apartment before I moved, and their prices can't be beat. For $60, they did a deep cleaning of all the carpeted areas in my 625 square foot apartment, and they also took the time to clean all the baseboards. It was SO much appreciated during the most stressful move of my life! The customer service at Magic Cleaning is great. The technicians were really nice and friendly and they did everything in a timely efficient manner. 100 % Recommend it!
When I needed someone to clean my carpet upon move-out of my rental, magic Cleaning was the first one to get back to me and was very responsive. Great price and service. I highly recommend and will use Magic Cleaning again next time when I need carpets cleaned.
Magic Cleaning did an amazing job of cleaning my dog urine stained carpet. They even came back when some of the older, more persistent stains wicked up and removed those as well. Great customer service and reasonable price. i recommend it! P.S. They are also eco-friendly, which is wonderful!
