I want to recognize Nahim from Magic Carpet Inc. for the care, judgment, and professionalism he brought to a difficult water-damage situation. There had been conflicting information about whether the affected areas were still wet and whether the drying process could move forward. Nahim took the time to inspect multiple locations rather than treating the entire area as though conditions were the same everywhere. I would give zero if that would be an option. I had scheduled appointment on Friday at 10am. Day before received two confirmation emails. At 10am on Friday no one showed up, at 10:25am I called phone number from website, straight to voicemail, left voicemail with question. At 11am still no one showed up and no phone call with any information. Very poor customer service. Would not recommend to anyone.

I ABSOLUTELY LOVE THEM!! THEY HAD MY CARPETS LOOKING SPOTLESS! AND A REFRESHING SMELL! I DEFF RECOMMEND THEM!!
I LOVE LOVE LOVE this company. Mike and Tracy have kept our carpets in tip top shape for years. We’ve even had them install hardwoods in one room downstairs and they’ve replaced the carpet for us in the rest of the house. HIGHLY recommend.
