Magic City Management has been THE BEST in all of Minot!!! I can't tell you how much it means to have our property taken cared of by good, responsible tenants. Not only does this company keeps us transparent and responsive, they provide us with quality tenants who treat our home like it was theirs. If you are military, they definitely go the extra mile for them. It truly is a blessing to have them manage our home with peace of mind and quality service. I highly recommend them in all of their future clients. A must!
Mike the owner of East Ridge Estates has implied a 20 charge to tenants if their garbage is not taken to the side of the road. Back in January MCM claims that we aquired charges due to this. This is now June first time hearing of this. Second of all they never had to pull our garbage to the road. I have rented here for 2 and a half years and it has been nothing but trouble with Mike and MCM. I understand Mike has a few favorites in the trailer park. I cannot say enough good things about Jason and Katie at Magic City Managment. We are renters with MCM and recently suffered a broken water main outside our home which caused major flooding of the residence. Jason answered the call immediately and showed up promptly with a clean up crew shortly thereafter. He arranged for temporary housing for my family and I, while helping me to sort out ‘what to do next’. Katie and Jason have helped me keep my sanity throughout this chaotic mess.
