my complaint has to do with magic city ford service dept. i have been dealing with MCFord for 12 plus years i am done they knowingly make appointments that they cannot honor the last 3 trips to MCFord have resulted in disaster as they have left me hanging with no vehicl they dont answer the phone they wont call with updates no communication at all the service ir no help only a body they removed things from my vehicle without my permission they threw away and drill holes in my old tires i wanted to keep i asked them to put th... read more
We made an appointment for car repairs for a Thursday at 9:40 am. My husband dropped it off to be diagnosed and they were supposed to call him with a report and estimate. The next Monday they still hadn't called and when we called them we are told that they still haven't even looked at the car. What is the point of an appointment if they aren't going to work on it.
