Owner is very rude and unprofessional. Cut me off, forcing me to slam on the brakes, then yelled at me when I called
I'm a first-time customer and I am very impressed with their service. They came in and cleaned my 3 seat couch along with my chair very quickly and thoroughly. They scrubbed my furniture down with their solution to get up decades of dirt off and is as good as new. The scrubbing they did also dry much much faster than steaming too.
Magic Carpet Care were awesome! I was sick and wasn't feeling well and they helped me out. They did such a great job, and even offered to comeback if I found anything other spots. They honored their prices too but I paid extra for their great work!
The fabric was stained, and the fringes were fraying. Magic Carpet Care cleaned and repaired my rug. They cleaned my rug, and I received a phone call asking if I wanted my fringes repaired. I received a very reasonable price. My rug looked brand new when I got it back.
