Magic Bubbles was hired to pressure clean my home. Chris, the owner of Magic Bubbles, sprayed dog feces onto my bench, the frame of my screen enclosure, and into my pool so that it crumbled into many small pieces and disbursed throughout the shallow end. I find it hard to believe he did not see the mess he made. He left my property without reporting this. I complained and he refused to clean the feces out of my pool. This customer is a home owner of a neighborhood we clean every year now for over 4 years. We have been told by the HOA not to engage in this customer directly because he is extremely rude, Volgar, and even writes profanities on his checks when he mails them to the HOA. We have an amazing reputation in this area. It is possible that debris may have got in his pool but not like he is saying.
