The owner David is really rude! He yelled at me when I refused to sign a new contract They sold me a car with major issues and when I took it to another dealership to get it fixed they told me that magic auo doesn't have a good reputation AKA they sell crappy cars
I bought a car from Magic Auto Center a month ago. There were multiple problems with the car when I bought it, but the salesman wrote up a due bill and assured me that the repairs would be done in a timely manner. It has been a month and not one thing has been repaired. I call at least once a day to find out when the parts will be in but no one seems to know anything about what i need done. This owner threatened to hurt me and has a bad reputation with the better buisness bureal, the City of Oxnard. . and dose not have good work ethics.
