The worst shop I have ever been to. All these good reviews were either from their friends , people who work in the shop or paid reviews. You will overpay , you will be given an estimate that will go at least 500$ more when they do the actual work. You will be given wrong information on parts. You will be treated very poorly. Magic Auto delivers excellent service.My recent ordeal when my car car refused to start and I was stranded in Faridabad . Initially I called maruti helpline and the engineers reached in an hour and after trying numerous options gave up saying that the fuel pump had to be changed and the car had to be towed. I was worried as my mobile battery was running out , it was getting dark and lonely. One word. Honesty. Dimo will not perform any unwanted repairs. By brother-in-law took his car to another workshop for brake noise and they quoted several hundred dollars saying they need to replace everything related to brakes and we would have believed because car was old and he did poor upkeep. We took it to Magic auto and Dimo correctly said it just need some lubrication and charged $70. noise went away and car worked perfectly for several years without any need to brake job!

I recently brought my 08' Acura TL in for repairs, and i couldn't be more satisfied with the results. The car looks like new! The customer service was excellent, and they gave me the best price out of three estimates. The facility is very clean and well kept. I know I will be going back in the future, Magic Auto definitely has my recommendation!!
