I had used Thomas several times in the past and he was excellent. The last time was my last. He took advantage of my trust. He took a down-payment for materials then went to home depot and had them call me for payment. He said it was a mistake but he would deduct it from what we owed. He then said windows were more than he quoted so he needed more upfront money for that. It ended up from his lies he was paid before he finished. I would not recommend hiring this company. They completed a roofing job for me and provided a 10-year warranty. However, the issue resurfaced, and it took them an unreasonably long time to address it. Now, the same area is leaking again, and I have mold as a result. The quality of work, customer service, and professionalism were all extremely disappointing.

Maggios roofing is exceptional! We originally hired a company to install new shingles and it was a total nightmare! Our home looked dilapidated and just awful with such a bad roof job.
