Very poor experience with this roofing construction company. The workers arrived late almost every day. The quality of materials used seemed very cheap. After the first rain, water started leaking again. Communication with the contractor was extremely difficult. They ignored most of my complaints. The finishing work looked rushed and unprofessional. This was a frustrating experience from start to finish. Customer support was not helpful at all. My issue was ignored several times. The service quality was very poor. The staff attitude also needs improvement. Everything felt disorganized and unmanaged. I expected much better for the price. Sadly, I cannot recommend this business.

Scheduling, project management (Will), and execution were spot on. Everything went smoothly and all work and cleanup were completed professionally and efficiently. I would highly recommend Maggio. And a shout out to Harry and Sons, who gave me Maggio’s number when they didn’t have the resources to do the job.
