A one month wait time just for them to come out and instantly say they have NO CLUE what the top sky tunnel on the market is which I'd already researched and determined I wanted (and this is after calling a few times ti make sure they install them)
This company is very expensive but also very high-end and high-quality work. Antonio was INCREDIBLE and went above and beyond to find savings and work with us. He has an incredible attention for detail and made sure that the project was complete to our satisfaction. He and his team are the #1 reason I would recommend this company.
Maggio works safe and legal, and does a good job. Steve explained the proposal and what we were signing better than any contractor we have dealt with. Both Gabriel’s crew and the scaffolding subcontractor got their jobs done with zero damage to our delicate plantings.
Our skylight was cracked due to snow falling on it. Maggio Roofing did a great job replacing them. They were easy to communicate with and completed the job sooner than we expected. The skylights look great.
From the start to finish of the process, Maggio Roofing made our extensive (total) roof replacement seamless. They bring EXCELLENT customer service combined with superb craftsmanship.
