We own a townhouse with a flat roof that was built in 1900. A few years ago, we asked Maggio Roofing to install a standing seam metal roof which is what our house had originally. After an ice storm last winter, we asked Maggio Roofing to install snow guards. In both instances the quality of the work was outstanding, and the price was well worth it. We are happy we chose Maggio Roofing.

We had a 100 year old chimney above our flat roof. It was falling apart and leaking into the house. We had to have it torn down and replaced so I called in Maggio to build a new counter flashing to make it water proof. I am satisfied and will call on them again if I have problems. We have a slate front roof (cosmetic more than functional) they gave us the news we were not looking for. It needs to be replaced, it literally dissolves in your hands. So, we will look at that with them next
The crew led by Luis was outstanding. They solved a tricky problem and did so on time and budget. Other than he new roof you’d have never known they were here. They were very conscientious and careful with our yard and gardens. Highly recommended.
