Terrible customer service! Disorganized staff! One of the servers had the leather checkbook inside his pants. No need to tell that he was touching people's plates with those hands. He did not even wash his hands once the whole time we were there. Good thing we left.

We don't have a pictorial menu, so I am assuming that is what you are referring to? Anyway, I would love to speak with you, regarding your dissatisfaction. Lovely service, excellent food. The new layout is great. It’s an ideal happy hour when the weather is right to sit outside.
The food was very good. We made reservations but waited to be seated by the bar, WTH, when there were tables available with a view. I'm thinking it was because a large table came in before us and that server also took care of the two tables by the window. However with as small of a floor plan I'm not sure why it would matter. We asked the server for any specials, there were none for the Saturday evening. Weird. Hi Brian, I am glad you liked your food, but I am sorry for the rest of your experience. We seat guests by their reservation time, and as you had arrived a little early, I asked you to wait in the only waiting area we have, which is the couch by the bar. We do this for timing purposes and yes, it means tables will sit empty while they await their reservation.
