If I could leave negative starts I would. I don't remember her name.( The owner I think was very rude and unprofessional. She changed my appointment time. When I came at the speciified 2nd time she gave me she still wouldn't do my hair.She said it wasn't straight enough. She could've said that the 1st time and then I could've figured something else out in the 3 extra hours that I had to wait for the 2nd appointment . The other lady was going to do my hair, but she wouldn't let her because she wanted the lady to do her hair!!
Was looking for a shop to sponsor since my company was coming out with a new line of hair products. Went in for Goddess braids and i am assuming they didn’t know how. My curls stop in the middle of my braids and the rest ar straight. My hair are apart of my job. If you didnt know what you were doing you could’ve said that. Im never going back. Cause what i got wasnt what i asked for. Im going up the street next time.
The women that own’s and work here Soraya’s is amazing I booked for three styles two knotless and one boho knotless and to my surprise it was just her working when we arrived , granted I did think I would be there all day but never did I think that from 7 - 3:30 my girls and I would be walking out with the cutest and neatest braids every, we traveled two hours to have a seat in her chair and I will do it every chance I get from great conversation to an amazing atmosphere I am so grateful to have booked her !!!!!!!!!!!!

If I could give zero stars I would! My daughter had a 4pm appointment, but the stylist didn’t arrive until after 4:30pm. She didn’t communicate she was running behind until after my sister called and texted her, while we waited outside. No apology or acknowledgment of her tardiness when she arrived, heck she didn’t even say hello. My sister was very specific about what we wanted done for my daughter’s hair, medium KNOTLESS box braids with a middle part. The lady did not deliver!
