Thank you Dr. Strampe! St Paul Eye Clinic was great - from checking in to the ophthalmic technicians to the contact lenses technician. Although I did not have my insurance card, I was able to upload a copy of my insurance by a link in a text message that the front desk sent me. My daughter had a rough morning. She only had one of her contact lens in. The technician was great and performed the initial one eye exam incredibly well. Dr. Strampe was awesome. My 5 year old daughter had her first eye exam with an optician here and we both enjoyed our experience. They were very patient and understanding with her lack of confidence in some of the tests. I definitely would recommend bringing little ones here for first appointments or just in general.
She is so kind and easy to talk to. She is thorough and answered all of my questions. She doesn't rush the visit. I really like her.
