This is my second review of MRoland because my first review was accidentally deleted. I have had such a positive experience that I wanted to write another review to acknowledge how helpful their office has been in the 8 years we have used them for property management, specifically finance and compliance. Very rude and unprofessional staff person they sent to our building, Wendy. Company did not provide sufficient response to misconduct after complaints. Will seek legal council. Stay away from this terrible management company.

We have used MRoland Mgmt services for about 7 years now. They helped us set up an HOA for a small 7 unit condo complex and have been pivotal in guiding us through the process and resolving any issues we have. Every community manager has been knowledgeable and pleasant to work with. Our current community manager Wendy is amazing and we are so grateful to have to expertise and wonder customer service.
