Bad communication skills, unaware of documentation and apparently how CC&R’s are read. Phones are down on multiple occasions but requests for calls never followed up on anyway so ego cares as they don’t supply documents to your HOA when needed and like to go on about how busy they are. Really poorly run. Dumb portal process. New owner with an instant headache dealing with this company. Would not recommend. I truly hope our HOA drops this company ASAP.

This is my second review of MRoland because my first review was accidentally deleted. I have had such a positive experience that I wanted to write another review to acknowledge how helpful their office has been in the 8 years we have used them for property management, specifically finance and compliance. All of the staff that we have worked with from owner Maggie Roland, Director Michele, Susan in Legal, Don in accounting to all the community managers we have had, have all been very knowledgeable and helpful.
