Worst experience I've had. Before I go, I make a phone call, they said they accept metro plus insurance. Then in-person, they said they DONT because metro plus DOESNT PAY ENOUGH for the treatment. I was in too much pain so I still got the treatment. At the appointment, they gave me a set price for all treatments combined, I paid in full. After all 4 visits/treatments, they tell me I have to pay EXTRA cost on top of the SET price they gave me already,that I already paid in FULL. I have been going there for three years,very cozy clinic and the atmosphere is very welcoming.it feels like you’re with family, I get my teeth fixed and spend quality time discussing about everything in life with Dr Maggie,Nora and Andrew .
Staff was very friendly. I just went in for a cleaning and check up and had a great experience.
I’ve been a patient at this practice for 2 years, and everyone has kept my best interest in mind with transparency and courtesy. I was given a treatment plan to get caught up on much needed dental work and they’ve accommodated me on urgent needs as well.
