Thankful we were able to be scheduled same day on two separate occasions. Have been here a handful of times for my kids and there is usually little to no wait. Exam rooms and waiting area are always clean. Thank you Dr. Chou & Rochelle!
While I understand that her laid back attitude can be reassuring to some parents, I feel that she may be too relaxed when your baby has health issues. My son dropped from the 60th percentile in weight to the 1st and was eating for excessive amounts of time, but Dr Chou wasn’t concerned about this at all despite being raised multiple times. Two second opinions were able to determine in less than 15 seconds of examination that he had two tongue ties which were preventing him from eating effectively. Maggie Chou, is an amazing doctor. My son has been going to her since past 3 years and she has been very patient in dealing with him and me transitioning into a new mother. I would highly recommend her.
I was amazed with Doctor Chou and her team. Getting checked in was very easy and receptionist was very nice. Doctor Chou explained things very well and her nurse was also caring. It was really hard for us to choose a right doctor for our child when we moved to this neighbor but we finally found a perfect knowledgeable and caring doctor for our child! Thank you!
