Gluten Free! – Had a great experience at Maggiano's. The Gluten Free pasta is DELICIOUS. They are very sensitive to guests with allergy needs; the chef comes to your table to talk about your food needs and advises what on the menu is okay to eat. This is the first restaurant to be so delicate about the matter and it was much appreciated! Will be dining again at Maggiano's SOON :-)

Top-notch – The service was terrific - the food was very good - the price was more than reasonable - I would go back here in a heartbeat and I would recommend it to anyone staying in downtown Philly. Terrific value. Two of us had dinner - great salads + good/very good veal - glass of wine - all for around $60.

Good for the Price – For a chain, Maggiano's is not bad at all. The servers are prompt, nice and knowledgeable. Our server, a nice young lad,y hit it off with my daughter and convinced her to eat when I was having a tough time making the five year old quite talking and start enjoying. I had the chicken salad and just loved the croutons. The tea was fresh and the prices were decent. Not a bad experience.

Nasty Manager, poor service, never got food.. – I would give this place a ZERO star if I could. We arrived at 5:45pm with a 2 and 3 year old. We ordered the food quickly, the food came out for the kids wrong so they went back and re-made their meal. 40 minutes after kids food came out and we asked 3 times where OUR food was the Manager came out of the kitchen and said "What do you want from me". I replied "MY FOOD". Can anyone tell me where my food was?? He went in back to check and said it would be out in less than 5 minute... read more

Had a great night – I went to this Maggiano's for a birthday dinner for my buddys wife. The room they put us up in was up top and they called it the corleone room! Hows that for italian! It was a big party 40 people i'd say with only two servers and a bartender. I didnt expect to have to great of service with only 2 servers for all of us but my tables server lorane was awesome. The food kept on coming and the drinks werent to strong or to weak. I hadnt been to this Maggiano's before but i'm definitely going to be coming back... read more

Winner's Choice. As someone who does not like a lot of garlic, I initially had a problem choosing from the menu. I mentioned my dilemma to my waitress Val who brought out Chief Michael. Since it wasn't quite rush hour, they had a little time to help me out. I finally selected "Mama's Lasagna". Man, was that good! This was one of the best meals I have ever eaten. The atmosphere was charming, the staff was friendly and the food was incredibly good. You feel like you are in a big city restaurant.

I remember why it's been over 3 years! – besides messing up the order, the long time to serve and the inability to process payment...... was okay. Only okay! Way too many better choices in Atlanta instead: It's going to be a while before we return.

Bad Experience – We went for my daughter's 21st Birthday to Maggiano's. They day was going bad, we were late for the reservations, but they said that was okay. Our waitress kept forgetting to refill our drinks and I had to keep asking another person to get her, or to get us what we needed. The food was really bad, Pizza with no sauce, the Garlic Shrimp had no taste the sauce looked and taste like water. My daughter's friend ask for Alfredo sauce because her food was dry and it took 15mins to bring it out. Another friend had ... read more
