Excellent and friendly service. Also made me aware of an upcoming manufacture rebate so I could move my appointment to a later date in order to save money. Highly recommend. Just moved to Cookeville ... this will be my go to tire shop for years to come.

Here we sit at maggart tire waiting on another set of new tires to be installed after a 2 week back order. Then they’ll send my Nitto Grapplers back to manufacturer for a refund on the mileage portion of the warranty. Crappy tires only lasted 2/3rds of the way through. Went back to BF GOODRICH. They’ve always done me good. After closer examination my tires needed .062 more wear or nitto would not only not honor the warranty but also wouldn’t send my old tires back. When the owner takes the time to call you is rare these days .They treat all customers like family.My tires were delayed in shipment and the owner called me after hours to tell me.He was a complete joy to talk with and deal with.I drove over 1hour to get my tires just because of the way they treated me
